My name is Sage. I like ninja turtles, kittens, kittens made of ice cream (like Ice Cream Kitty- she's cool). My favorite cereal is Rice Krispies. And my worst fear is police cars. I'm scared of security cameras, I'm scared of getting in trouble for something I didn't do. I live in a small college village and outside my window is snow- probably three feet of it. My cat Luna really, really hates her kitten- Mattison, I'm going to let you know, day by day, how she is doing.
Mattison was re-homed after she was weaned (Luna was glad to see her go) but then the owner could not care for her. She came back home after a month. Luna had forgotten her and she remembered and didnt like it very much.
She did not like their father very much either after the kittens were born. But a few days before we got Mattie back, their father (Lawrence) was hit by a car. Mattie looks just like Lawrence and we were happy that she was home.
At her worst, she drew blood on Mattison's nostril. She even started hissing at ME. I was gentle with Luna's tantrums because I understood. Lately she let's Mattie get closer before she lashes out quickly like..............BAM!!!
Sometimes Mattie will run away...sometimes Luna will chase her.
I'm going to work on getting some pictures- and videos.
I'm almost eleven. Hopefully they will be friends before my birthday at the end of April.
We can't wait to see what happens with Luna and her baby! Great Job on this :-)
ReplyDeleteI love this story of Luna...and because I have one of her babies now, well it explains just how Mavis Lexi got such a spitfire little personality. Lexi is good most of the time but wow, sometimes she draws blood too !!
